Ernesto’s career began at a young age, working for his family’s architectural and general contracting firm. He built a strong track record with prominent regional and national General Contractors, delivering new buildings, tenant improvements, and technical spaces across a myriad of industries. At Barron Builders, Ernesto has established a culture rooted in his passion for what he does, drive for perfection in his projects, and unwavering focus on his clients’ satisfaction.
Ernesto has a BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
Aaron Hill
VP, Corporate Development
Aaron’s career in the construction industry began in the field, working as an engineer for one of the largest General Engineering firms in California. His passion for client service drove him to a marketing role with an established General Contractor in the South Bay. There, Aaron quickly excelled, taking on a larger role as a Director with the company. In that position, he affected structural changes in the organization, led the development of the construction team, and expanded the client base. His efforts helped grow the company’s pipeline by more than 300% over a two-year period. At Barron Builders, Aaron is tasked with organizational development and building strategic partnerships.
Aaron holds a BS in Business Administration, graduating with honors from San Jose State University.
Brian Jernigan
General Superintendent
Brian has more than 25 years working in the construction industry. Starting off as a Union carpenter, Brian worked his way up to running large crews at some of the Bay Area’s largest subcontractors. He joined his family business managing projects as a General Contractor and eventually joined Barron as a Superintendent. Brian’s problem-solving, incredible work ethic and building expertise continuously elevated him to Sr. Superintendent and eventually General Superintendent. He is responsible for managing field quality, leading Superintendents and field support, Barron’s Safety Program and is a go-to resource for clients.
Hilary Wolfe
Controller
Hilary leads the accounting function at Barron Builders, driving operational efficiency and continuously cultivating data-driven performance results. With 20 years of experience in construction, Hilary has a command of industry-specific accounting practices from the ground up. She is also a part of the general management team, participating in a variety of company-wide initiatives.
Hilary has driven the implementation of Procore, working alongside her team members to integrate technology into Operations, Accounting, and Construction Management.
Meredith Davis
Chief Operating Officer
With 30 years in the industry, Meredith has experienced every facet of construction. From starting as a laborer to becoming an owner of a small construction company. Meredith’s outstanding career path as a Project Manager has led him to work for and help build some of the most influential and impressive companies in the world, KB Homes, Devcon Construction, Cisco, Yahoo, Google, and Facebook.
As Chief Operating Officer, Meredith brings his years of experience to the industry, as well as his love for people and construction, to help foster a culture of collaborative creative service for our clients.
